The fourth Annual Bigfork Independent Film Festival (BIFF) premiers on Friday, April 3, 2020. It is being held at the Bigfork Center for the Performing Arts, 526 Electric Avenue in Downtown Bigfork, Montana. The show times vary depending on the film. Check the Festival Program Guide on the BIFF ' HOME PAGE' in the top navigation to find out when a particular film is playing.

Q2. Where can I buy independent FILM FESTIVAL tickets?

Tickets can be purchased by either clicking the 'BUY INDIE FILM TICKETS' in the top navigation or at the venue on the day of the festival, at the Bigfork Arts and Cultural Center in downtown Bigfork, or at the Kalispell Grand Hotel in downtown Kalispell. Tickets purchased online can be picked up at the theater Box Office Will Call any time during festival hours. If you purchase online bring your printed receipt to the theater. There will be no admittance without a ticket. Note that there are a limited number of seats available, and that there are no reserved seats. 

Q3. What are the independent FILM FESTIVAL ticket options?

You can purchase any of the available blocks, day passes or VIP All Access passes. There are no refunds given for unused tickets. 

Q7. How Can i volunteer at the FESTIVAL?

We're always looking for people who love films and want to help run the festival. You can be an usher, work in the concession stand or the box office. All volunteers receive complimentary movie tickets or passes. To volunteer click on 'Volunteer' in the top navigation bar to sign up.

Q8. Is there reserved seating?

There are no reserved seats. We use open or 'general' seating, first come, first serve. If you want a particular seat or row come to the theater early. Seats cannot be saved for friends for family.

Q9. Will food or drinks be AVAILABLE for purchase?

Snacks and a selection of soft drinks are available for sale in the lobby during festival hours.

Q10. Is the bigfork film festival Non profit?

Bigfork Film Festivals Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit organization. All proceeds received are used for the promotion and operation of the festival. Any excess money is either kept for future festivals, or provided as prizes to local filmmakers. Nobody working for the Bigfork Film Festival is paid. We are all volunteers.

Q11. Can I donate to the film festival?

Donations to the festival can be made and are greatly appreciated. Click on 'Donate' in the upper navigation bar to donate directly to the festival.

Q12. how are the films chosen?

Festival volunteers meet periodically to plan the festivals and choose the films to be shown. In addition, festival patrons are asked to fill out a survey card to let us know what films they would like to see in upcoming festivals.

Q13. Is the bigfork independent film festival (BIFF) related to the Film Festival in Polson (Flathead lake international cinemafest or FLIC)?

BIFF is completely independent of FLIC.
